Richard Simmons Sweating To The Oldies 5 Set Review

I owned Volume 1 for the longest time and just recently discovered that there was a 2, 3 and 4. I immediately purchased the 5 DVD set and I am NOT disappointed!! He makes working out such a blast and I love how he gives words of encouragement throughout the work out. I would recommend this to ANYONE who isn't looking for a no-nonsense boot-camp style work out. You really will work up a sweat to these videos, and you don't even notice because with the music, it feels more like dancing than exercising and before you know it, you're done!
